The room is equipped with a screen, flipchart and wireless Internet connection. A TV is provided free of charge upon request. Multimedia projector at a cost of PLN 200.
The cost of renting a conference room depends on the number of hours and is respectively:
- 600 PLN gross per rental for the whole day
- 400 PLN gross for rental up to 5 hours
Catering
Our catering offer includes set lunches at the Baltica restaurant located 120 meters from the Baltica Residence and two variants of coffee service served on site:
- Coffee, tea, water, juices, shortbread cookies at 15 PLN/person, continuous break 45 PLN/person
- Coffee, tea, water, juices, sandwiches, homemade cake or fruit at the price of PLN 25/person, continuous break PLN 60/person
